Conference Fee Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received on or before August 15, 2018 are subject to an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person.
Cancellations received from August 16 through September 15, 2018 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee less an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 16, 2018.
There is no refund or credit for unused services or non-attendance in organized events.
The program includes only items specifically outlined on the program agenda.
If hotel arrangements have also been made, additional cancellation fees may be applied by the hotel in the event of cancellation.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to: croot@depreztravel.com
Situations that fall under this policy include, but are not limited to, illness, late arrival, weather, natural disaster and/or travel difficulties.
 
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
A fee equivalent to one night's room & tax will be assessed for all cancellations received on or before August 15, 2018.
For cancellations received from August 16, 2018 through the program dates, all reservations are nonrefundable for each night reserved and all room & tax will be charged to the individual credit card. Name changes are permitted.
