Conference Fee Refund/Cancellation Policy: |

Cancellations received on or before August 15, 2018 are subject to an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person. |
• |
Cancellations received from August 16 through September 15, 2018 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee less an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person. |
• |
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 16, 2018. |
• |
There is no refund or credit for unused services or non-attendance in organized events. |
• |
The program includes only items specifically outlined on the program agenda. |
• |
If hotel arrangements have also been made, additional cancellation fees may be applied by the hotel in the event of cancellation. |
• |
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to: croot@depreztravel.com |
Situations that fall under this policy include, but are not limited to, illness, late arrival, weather, natural disaster and/or travel difficulties. |

Hotel Cancellation Policy: |

A fee equivalent to one night's room & tax will be assessed for all cancellations received on or before August 15, 2018. |
• |
For cancellations received from August 16, 2018 through the program dates, all reservations are nonrefundable for each night reserved and all room & tax will be charged to the individual credit card. Name changes are permitted. |
