Delegate fees do not include accommodation but do include conference facilities, breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners for delegates from Wednesday evening to Friday evening, inclusive.

"Normal" (ie post 31 July) Delegate Fee: USD $2050
Registration after 31 July or payment after 15 August.
