In the event of cancellation all deposits and payments are nonrefundable.
 
This program and its components have no monetary value. There is no refund or credit for unused services or non-attendance in organized events. The programs includes only items specifically outlined on the program agenda.
 
Smoking is prohibited at all times on motorcoaches and vehicles.
Passengers are asked to remain seated while vehicles are in motion.
Passengers will be liable for any damages to chartered vehicles.
Baggage and all other personal property will be handled at the passengers risk.
DePrez Travel bureau Inc. and Transportation provider assume no liability for property or items transported/left on vehicles.
 
All hotel rooms are non smoking.
Personal incidental charges are the responsibilty of each individual.
Hotel guests assume all liability and expense related to damages to the hotel as a result of any guest related to Group.
