    • 2 business days from initial call

3.         Hotel Contract Synopsis

    • Signature approval

 

4.         Registration Website

    • 30 Days Prior to meeting start date is ideal otherwise all registration sites will be sent out 21 days prior.
    •  All registration websites are closed 16 days prior to meeting start date to allow for 14-day advance purchase.

 

5.         Reports

    • Status Reports
    • Rooming List
    • Arrival/Departure Manifest

 

6.         Group Resume

    • Key Contacts of all events

 

7.         Final Invoice

    • Reconciliation and Submission of Final Invoice takes place 45 days from program completion.
    • 30 Minute post meeting review & approval of final invoice.
