Yarille Kilborn

As Director of Meetings/Account Manager, Yarille is responsible for managing the relationships between DePrez Travel and their corporate clients. Yarille brings more than ten years of meeting and event management to her position. Prior to her role as Director of Meetings, she was an International Meeting Planner here at DePrez. Her expertise in negotiating with different countries and understanding different cultures played a key role in her success with her clients. Actively pursuing her CMP certification, Yarille’s goal is to remain current with her industry knowledge in order to better serve her clients. Yarille’s exciting career path has led her to work for a Children’s Museum, Broadway Theatre, MLB Team and a Zoo! She currently lives in Irondequoit with her husband and three kids. Aside from her passion for meeting planning and travel, she enjoys cooking with her husband and is an avid baseball fan! |

Jackie Aguglia

Jackie entered the meeting planning industry after graduating from Niagara University with a BA Degree in Tourism. Prior to that she completed her AAS degree locally at Monroe Community College as well as earned her ears from the Disney College Program. She has experience in all facets of the travel industry including airlines, cruise lines, hotels and convention centers, casinos, sporting venues, military travel, and the Disney parks. Jackie has been with DePrez Travel since 2012 and in her tenure has developed the necessary skills to execute successful conferences of varying sizes within the US and internationally. |

Christie Blake

Christie joined DePrez in June 2013. She brings a vast amount of education and experience in Hotel Sales, Hotel Operations and Special Event Planning to the team. Christie started her career as a Hotel Sales Manager at a 465 room property where she mastered the art of contract negotiations and selling over 30,000 sq feet of meeting space to not-for-profit and associations markets. She has partnered with the Greater Rochester Visitors Bureau (GRVA) hosting groups in Rochester NY, participating in FAM Tours and volunteering her time at the Lilac Festival and other city events. Her love for Event Planning began after spending two semesters working first hand on the South Beach Food & Wine Festival in Miami, where she met and worked with Bobby Flay, Dean Fearing and a host of Food Network Stars! She has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Buffalo State College and studied Special Events Planning at Florida International University in Miami FL. |

Judy has worked for DePrez Travel as a Corporate Meeting Planner on the Xerox account since 2006. Judy’s dedication and professionalism was recognized when she received the Xerox Partnership Award (2008-09) for her highly successful Xerox Services Leadership Summits. Judy’s prior business background includes twenty-five years within the IT and human resources industry. Before joining DePrez, she maintained roles as Applications Developer, Customer Care Manager and Corporate Recruiting Manager. Judy is involved in various community-focused groups, affording her a wealth of local knowledge and business liaisons within the community. Judy holds two Associates degrees in Information Technology and Accounting. Judy continues to pursue her knowledge-base through volunteer community efforts and various personal enrichment and business focused educational courses/training. |

Goode

Pat joined DePrez Travel over 5 years ago and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Pat has extensive experience in planning meetings, specializing in meeting logistics, supplier negotiations, destination management and reporting.
Prior to her employment with DePrez, Pat was a self-employed insurance agent for 20 years. Her role included sales of various insurance products, servicing not only her 2400 accounts but also accounts of other agents. Pat is also a veteran of the US Air Force where she served for 6 years and was awarded several medals. Pat holds a BA degree from St. Leo College, Tampa, FL. |

Ingrid Gonzalez

Ingrid brought to the DePrez family a vast amount of knowledge and experience in event planning within the Hispanic Rochester community. Ingrid has volunteered 5 years coordinating the Miss Puerto Rico of Rochester pageant for the Puerto Rican Festival, Inc. She has also participated as a committee member and chairperson for the Latinas Unidas Reconocimiento Awards as well as a former dancer and instructor for Borinquen Dance Theatre. Ingrid recently graduated from Brockport University with her B.A. Ingrid’s career path has led her to a range of different career opportunities, supervisor for the Bienestar HIV Prevention program for youth at the Puerto Rican Youth Development and Resource Center, Inc. Her last position was a home visitor for the ABC Home Base Early Head Start program. Her passion is dance, dance keeps her grounded and is a way to express herself artistically .She also enjoys, cooking, traveling and spending time family-her husband and two children. |

Roxanne Henry

Roxanne has over 20 years of experience in corporate meeting and incentive planning. She began her meeting planning adventure as a sales training coordinator for a large healthcare corporation. Over the years Roxanne has successfully planned and implemented a variety of annual sales meetings, incentive trips, sales training and specialty meetings all over North America for as few as two people and as many as 1,100, and as many as 35 events a year. Roxanne joined DePrez Travel almost three years ago as a Corporate Meeting Planner. Currently, she manages hotel contracting, attendee registration websites and reporting, air fulfillment, food & beverage, audio visual / technology, ground transportation, on-site management, etc. Roxanne lives in Gates with her husband and three children and is an active volunteer in the Gates Chili Central School District. |

As Controller for The DePrez Group Of Travel Companies, Shari Putnam is the Manager of the Accounting Department and is responsible for day-to-day finances as well as payroll and human resources. She has been in the travel industry for over 22 years and has obtained a Certified Travel Agent (CTA) designation and is a Trams Certified Consultant (TCC) for the accounting software that DePrez Travel uses. |

Pam Whitcomb

Pam Whitcomb has been with DePrez Travel 10 years and is currently a Senior Corporate Meeting Planner. She works directly with Xerox groups visiting the Gil Hatch Center in Webster, NY. Pam first started at DePrez as a Convention Coordinator responsible for managing room blocks and guest reservations for large groups. Pam then transitioned to the role of Senior GEM Planner and Team Leader, handling contract negotiations and logistical details, providing on-site support, and overseeing the GEM team under the Director of Meetings. Her previous professional experience also includes hotel management, working as the Assistant Front Office Manager and Reservations Manager at a 465 room hotel, the largest in Western New York. She has also obtained the Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation from The Travel Institute. Pam’s diversified background and strong leadership skills make her a valuable asset to the DePrez Meetings Department. She resides in Spencerport with her two sons. |
