| Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy |

Cancellations received on or before March 17, 2018 are subject to an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person. |

Cancellations received from March 18 through April 18, 2018 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee less an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person. |
| • |
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after April19, 2018. |
| • |
There is no refund or credit for unused services or non-attendance in organized events. |
| • |
The program includes only items specifically outlined on the program agenda. |
| • |
If hotel arrangements have also been made, additional cancellation fees may be applied by the hotel in the event of cancellation. |

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to: croot@depreztravel.com |
Situations that fall under this policy include, but are not limited to, illness, late arrival, weather, natural disaster and/or travel difficulties. |
