Due to
new federal security requirements each person participating in
this program
MUST have a VALID government
issued photo ID (i.e., driver's
license, passport, etc.) with them on day of travel, or they will be
denied boarding by the airlines. The First Name, Middle
Initial and Last Name on the ticket must be
EXACTLY
as indicated on the photo I.D.
Correct birth date for each passenger is also required.
To insure accurate ticketing for you and your guest(s), please fax or
mail a photo copy of each passengers government-issued I.D. that will be
used on day of travel, to DePrez Travel by October 1, 2009.
Any airline fees or penalties incurred because of incorrect name
information will be the responsibility of the registrant. |
