Airlines Schedule:
The air included in this package is group air that has been booked from
Rochester, New York to Nashville Tennessee, departing November 14, 2009
and returning November 16, 2009. Air schedules are at the
discretion of DePrez Travel Bureau.
Departure from other cities will be on a request basis. There may be a
surcharge assessed based on the prevailing rates at the time of the
request.

Nashville Transportation:
Round-trip airport transportation will be
provided between the Nashville airport and the Courtyard by Marriott
Nashville Downtown based on each group's flight arrival and departure. Individuals not flying with the
group will be responsible for their alternate transportation cost.
All group events in Nashville are within walking distance of the hotel.
Any other individual transportation is not included in the program cost. Information and assistance for
