CRUISE INFORMATION

A minimum $100.00 deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation.  Final payment is due September 15, 2009. You can make payments at any time. Your cruise is fully refundable until November 1, 2009.

Cruise Package Inclusions: 
The group block of cabins offers a choice of an inside, outside, or balcony cabin package.  Package price is per person based on double occupancy.  All cruise taxes and port fees are included.  All meals, entertainment and activities onboard the Destiny are included.
NOTE:  Air transportation, land transfers and any additional onboard services, such as spa, and shore excursions are available at an additional cost. 

Passport/Citizenship Information: 

All participants in this program MUST have a VALID passport.  Passengers without a passport will be denied boarding by the cruise line.  Each passenger is responsible for ensuring that he/she is traveling with a valid passport.

CRUISE SHIP DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:

·         The first and last name appearing on your cruise documents must match the first and last name on your passport EXACTLY. 

·         Nicknames and initials are not acceptable.  If the name does not match the photo identification, passengers will not be allowed to board.

NOTE: If names are not provided exactly as they appear on the passenger’s passport, additional fees may be assessed for name corrections and/or new cruise documents.  Associated fees will be the responsibility of the passenger.

Transportation to Florida:  Your transportation to Miami, Florida is not included.  If you need assistance in planning your travel to and from Florida for the cruise, please indicate this on your registration form or click "Contact Us" below.
