The MGI-NA Travel Desk wants to help you get your airline ticket for the upcoming 2012 MGI-North American Area Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you know the schedule you want, you will be given a link to book on our online booking engine Plan-It-Go once your registration has been completed. There is a $15.00 service charge for this service.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to reserve a hotel room, reserving it within the registration process on this site will enable you to obtain the special, discounted MGI-NA rates, there is no need to click on the “find a hotel” banner within Plan-It-Go. Use Plan-It-Go for your airfare or car only!
We are also available to speak with you to book your ticket. As soon as your plans are firm, please contact the MGI-NA Travel Desk at 1-585-442-8900, option 3 during our office hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM for your air and car reservations. There is a $35.00 service charge for booking domestic U.S. travel with one of our trained professional agents and a $75.00 service charge for booking international travel with one of our trained professional agents.
We want you to be aware that the airline industry continues to make reductions in flight capacity daily, limiting your options. It is in your best interest to book early. These schedule and equipment changes will be ongoing.
