| Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy: |
• Cancellations received on or before April 20, 2012 are subject to an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person. |
• Cancellations received from April 21 through May 8, 2012 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee less an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person. |
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after May 9, 2012. |
• There is no refund or credit for unused services or non-attendance in organized events. |
• The program includes only items specifically outlined on the program agenda. |
• If hotel arrangements have also been made, additional cancellation fees may be applied by the hotel in the event of cancellation. |
• All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to: croot@depreztravel.com |
Situations that fall under this policy include, but are not limited to, illness, late arrival, weather, natural disaster and/or travel difficulties. |
