Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations received on or before April 20, 2012 are subject to an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person.
• Cancellations received from April 21 through May 8, 2012 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee less an administrative fee of USD $50.00 per person.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after May 9, 2012.
• There is no refund or credit for unused services or non-attendance in organized events.
The program includes only items specifically outlined on the program agenda.
If hotel arrangements have also been made, additional cancellation fees may be applied by the hotel in the event of cancellation.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to: croot@depreztravel.com
Situations that fall under this policy include, but are not limited to, illness, late arrival, weather, natural disaster and/or travel difficulties.
