Your credit card will be charged the first night's room and tax of your
reservation in mid April by your hotel. You will see that amount
credited to your folio at check-in. Reservations cancelled in their
entirety within two (2) weeks of the arrival date of the reservation,
will be charged the first night's room and tax. If you have submitted a
check deposit, you will forfeit that amount if your reservation is
cancelled in its entirety within two (2) weeks of the arrival date of
the reservation.
